Aviva Samuels of Kiss the Planner did a wonderful job planning our wedding. We only had a few months to plan, but that didn't intimidate Aviva at all. She not only took care of the things that planners typically take care of, but she also went above and beyond by personally contacting everyone on our guest list to get their mailing addresses and kept in touch with them throughout the process until the wedding day arrived. Because of our busy schedules we relied on her for numerous tasks. She was more than a planner, she was our personal concierge. We are thankful for Aviva's patience, organizational skills and creativity and we were very happy with the superb job that she did.

Aviva is amazing! We hired her for month-of wedding coordination and because of her, I was able to be completely calm in the weeks leading up to the wedding (I'm a total stress case normally, so this is saying something). She and her assistant took care of everything for us (managing vendors, dealing with any minor emergencies that came up, fixing my hair and dress when they fell apart because of my stellar dance moves, etc) so that we could just enjoy the party. Aviva is very good at what she does, she is exactly what every bride needs if she truly wants to enjoy her wedding day instead of worrying about the small stuff. Aviva was such a pleasure to work with...we started working with her a few months before our wedding and hired her for day of coordination, which we couldn't have done with her. Absolutely amazing! From the first minute of our conversation, Aviva able to put this very stressed bride at ease. We live in NY and while in Miami meeting with our venues, the amazing Aviva drove to meet us with very short notice so we could meet in person. She was so sweet, organized, calming, and really was just able to put all the pieces together for us. I honestly don't know how I would have done it without her. Aviva did a wonderful job helping us plan our wedding from long distance. She had good relationships with vendors that helped our wedding be very special. For example, the person she found to do the hair of the bridal party also ended up being our Italian translator for the weekend (my wife's parents speak only Italian). Another example, the person she found to do our chairs also was able to build a platform on the beach that allowed my grandmother and uncle to fully participate in our beach ceremony without difficulty. Aviva was sensitive to our interfaith ceremony and had a good understanding of our budget. She understood what we were trying to achieve for our wedding and was invaluable in helping us do so. I highly recommend her as a wedding planner.

Kiss The Planner is the best! My husband and I were married last October and hiring Aviva Samuels was the first thing on my list. She helped me through the entire planning process! Kiss the planner is exactly who you want for your wedding or event! Aviva was the most amazing, punctual, organized, creative, PATIENT, proactive planner. We had very high expectations of our day and she exceeded all our expectations. It was very difficult because we live in California and our wedding was in Florida and she always made time for us no matter the time zone. The day of the wedding she was there by our side the entire day, everything ran ahead of schedule and I was completely care free because I knew she handled everything!
